NamedOrNot sells a fixed-price AI Visibility Report ($49) and an optional Fix Pack ($149), delivered digitally by email. The Report captures what selected AI engines answer, under recorded conditions (engine, date, and time), when asked questions a homeowner would ask about your trade and town; counts how often your business is named; identifies who is named instead; and flags statements about your business that conflict with the real details you provide at checkout. The Fix Pack provides corrected profile copy, a website FAQ draft, a structured-data (schema) draft, and review-request messages based on your Report's findings, plus a re-run of the checks 30 days later.
AI answers vary between sessions, accounts, and locations, and whether an AI recommends your business is the AI's decision — outside our control and anyone else's. Reports are evidence of what the engines answered when checked, not a promise of future answers, recommendations, rankings, leads, or revenue. We never name an engine in a report that was not actually run for that report; anything not run is marked "not tested."
Prices are fixed as shown at checkout — no subscription and no retainer. The $49 paid for a Report is credited in full toward the same business's Fix Pack, using the personal discount code included with the Report delivery. A first re-check is included free with a first purchase, as described on the homepage.
If we cannot deliver your Report, you are refunded in full. If a finding in your Report is wrong, we correct it free. There are no refunds based on AI outcomes, which were never ours to sell. Refunds are issued through our checkout provider, Gumroad, to your original payment method.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you provide at checkout; findings are checked against them. The Fix Pack drafts we deliver are yours to use for your business. Our reports, methods, site content, and the NamedOrNot™ name remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
